Here is one of Magnuz of Sweden's projects in Second Life.
Magnuz of Sweden Art and Photo Gallery exhibits 102 framed 3D-renderings and 108 framed photos, all for sale, on various themes. The gallery is located in a relaxing garden, neighbouring on an art museum and overlooking a Linden road and the sea, with the rendered art on the bottom floor and the photos on the upper floor.

Magnuz of Sweden Art and Photo Gallery is located in the south-eastern part of the sim Honawan, a region of the old southern continent of Second Life. It is built in a slope towards a Linden road and Linden water.
Background
Even if the building, inspired by 17th-18th century Swedish mansions, is used as a gallery, that is actually more to give it some kind of pupose rather than just being an empty shell. It is also some training of my skills in creating interesting and pleasurable environments for various kinds of content. The images displayed is both renderings of 3D scenes I created with some artistic ambitions, and a selection of what according to my taste is the best I have managed in photography, mainly nature scenery and closeups of flowers and insects.
Construction
An original photo gallery, in the form of a high spiral with 8 turns and 96 photos, was constructed in the sim Tamarack already 2007-06-15, one month after my arrival in Second Life. I acquired the land for the present gallery in the sim Honawan 2007-08-13, but it wasn't until 2007-09-11 - 2007-09-12 I constructed the present gallery building there, and the display of the images was completed 2007-09-14 - 2007-09-18. After that, only a few minor changes, like the exterior decoration of the garden wall and modifications to the lanterns, have been made.
Future
The art and photo gallery is probably the first in line of my projects to be terminated, since it's really a big flunk and probably one of the least visited publicly announced spaces in Second Life. Still, I like the building and environment, even if it is too cramped to be comfortable navigating in, but it is really too prim heavy to be left as just an empty show-piece. Also, it is the building that probably best captures the atmosphere in Honawan that made me like the sim when I first got there, so my feelings about dismantling the build are a bit mixed.
